just brilliant!

brillante blog awardabout 10 days ago, geert awarded me the brilliant web award. thank you, geert, especially coming from you! geert posts mostly in dutch (and i have a hilarious time trying to decipher it) but also in english once in a while.

so now my job, he says, is to nominate at least 7 more for this award. oh my. this is why it took me so long to write this post. how am i going to find 7 brilliant blogs when there are so many good blogs out there? seriously, this threw me into a tizzy. but i finally bit the bullet and culled out 15. i am still black and blue from trying to fight off the bad feeling for not including more. but here they are, at the end of the post.

awardees, when you receive this post, here is what you are invited to do:

  1. add the logo of the award to your blog
  2. add a link to the person who awarded it to you
  3. nominate at least 7 other blogs

  5. leave a message for your nominees on their blogs

  2. Thank you so much! A first for me and an honor to be in such wonderful company.

A wonderful task to pass this on to others – what a huge network this will spawn!

  3. Hi Isabella,

Thanks for the inclusion. Keeping it to seven is certainly a challenge. I’m tempted to leave off my list those already on yours, which otherwise I’d have been including. Which I guess is a bit unkind to Damien and JohnD.

I’m also interested to check out some of the others you recommend.

It may take a while for me to get on with it – this morning my server went down. I am reduced to dial up! AAAARRRRRGGH. I am back in the dark ages!

Evan’s last blog post..I’ve Done a Guest Post

  4. Oh wow! I’ve been huddled in conference lectures away from the computer for the past few days. Isabella, you do flatter me. This is certainly some highly esteemed company I’m in! Such an honour. My seven will certainly be difficult to whittle down too…but that will have to wait until I’ve recovered from this conference next week!

Karen’s last blog post..Inspired to Worldchange

  5. Congratulations on the award! I know how much hard work goes into putting together a quality blog like this, and I think it is great that your efforts have been duely recognized.
